Accessible information requests and complaints

Using the Accessible Information Request and Accessibility Complaint Complaint Form you can submit:

In the Request for accessible information, the facts, reasons and request must be clearly specified that allow us to verify that it is a reasonable and legitimate request.


If once a request for accessible information or complaint has been made, it has been rejected, the decision taken is not agreed upon, or the response does not meet the requirements contemplated in article 12.5 of RD 1112/2018, the interested person may initiate a claim. Likewise, a claim may be initiated if no response has been obtained.

  • It has been designed to adapt to current standards and regulations in relation to accessibility, complying with the priority 2 (AA) verification points defined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines specification (WCAG 2.1).

  • It is designed for correct viewing on any resolution and desktop, tablet or mobile device (responsive design). It has been made using WordPress as a content manager and CSS style sheets for its design.
  • It has implemented a plugin called «Accessibility Tools», in the upper left part of the website, which can be enabled by the user at any time and allows:

    • Apply high contrast.
    • Apply negative contrast.
    • Apply light background.
    • Underline links.
    • Apply readable font.
